About this coin:
The Astro Coin is one of my very first coins and now highly sought after by collectors. On the occasion of the 3rd Coinfestivals I have created a limited winter edition that is intended to capture the light mood of a frosty hoarfrost morning in November.
There are so many intricate and luxurious details on the Astro Geocoins. Each Zodiac sign and on the opposite the coordinating symbols.
In the middle ring the scale 0 - 360° (12 months), as well as the date periods and the Latin names. On the backside of the coin, day and night are symbolized. All in all, a very flamboyant filigree design, which finds it’s place nicely on these 44mm coins.
